Friends of the Porongurup Range invite you to a series of special events marking 100 years since the proclamation of Porongurup National Park, celebrating the history, landscape, and community of the Porongurup Range.

CENTENARY EXHIBITION AT PORONGURUP HALL
14–29 November 2026 | 10am-4pm daily | Porongurup Hall
A major exhibition of historic photographs, maps, artefacts, and artworks celebrating the Porongurup region and its community. Featuring contributions from local artists, writers, and community groups.
EXHIBITION OPENING
Saturday 14 November 2026 | 1pm
An informal opening of the exhibition followed by afternoon tea.
CEREMONIAL OPENING
Saturday 21 November 2026 | 1pm
Formal welcome to the exhibition, featuring keynote speaker Professor Stephen Hopper AC of UWA Albany, followed by afternoon tea.
ECOLOGY & CONSERVATION PRESENTATIONS
Sunday 22 November 2026 | 1pm
Ecology and conservation presentations by DBCA representatives Dr Sarah Comer and Dr Sarah Barrett, followed by afternoon tea.
